Description
The City of Raleigh is seeking proposals for its FY 2027-2028 Community Enhancement Grant (CEG), a CDBG-funded public service program supporting eligible activities benefiting low- and moderate-income Raleigh residents. Grant activities are prioritized around housing stability, homelessness prevention and reduction, supportive services, economic stability, and access to services; activities must meet CDBG eligibility requirements and at least one HUD National Objective.
