Sarpy County is seeking a contractor to refurbish the central stairs and portions of the upper deck at Werner Park in Papillion, Nebraska. - Government buyer: Sarpy County; Purchasing Office contact Daniel Huse and Facilities Management Director Mark Elbert. Description

Sarpy County is seeking a qualified contractor to refurbish the central stairs and portions of the upper deck at Werner Park. Work includes selective demolition, preparation of existing metal surfaces, installation of new precast concrete stair treads and steel decking with concrete and polyurethane flooring, steel fabrication, caulking, and painting. The solicitation lists bid alternates for stair-stringer reinforcement, expansion of upper-deck replacement, and a trench-drain extension added by Addendum 1. Work must be completed by March 5, 2027, and attendance at the mandatory pre-bid meeting is required to submit a bid.
