Description

The Georgia Department of Transportation (GDOT) is seeking a pre-qualified firm to demolish and remove improvements, structures, or other encumbrances in right-of-way or easement areas. Bidders must currently hold GDOT prequalification status for Right of Way Property Management Services and a current prequalification certificate; bids from firms not listed on GDOT’s prequalification listing will not be considered. GDOT will select the lowest responsive and responsible bidder based on its analysis of bid prices. A restriction on communications about the solicitation applies until a successful respondent is selected and announced, except as allowed for submitting questions under the ITB or under existing work agreements.
