Humble ISD is seeking proposals for photography and videography services on an as-needed basis across its schools and operations. The scope includes student portraits and individual pictures, class and team photographs, special-event photography and videography, photo booths, and panoramic graduating-class or group photographs. This is a rolling proposal, with submissions reviewed and awards made throughout the term; selected vendors may be placed on the District’s approved vendor list, with no guarantee of purchases or volume. The proposal term runs from the award date through June 30, 2027, and March 31, 2027 is the last date to respond for award consideration.
