Work includes maintenance, repairs, and lifecycle replacement of building systems, utilities, and components, including roofs, interiors, electrical, water, HVAC, fire alarm, communications, site drainage, and parking areas. Bids must be submitted as sealed paper bids; electronic submissions will not be considered. The estimated construction cost is $1,900,000, and award is based on the lowest responsive and responsible bidder under the base bid and alternates process.
