Pasco County Schools is seeking one integrated collaborative robotic welding system for Marchman Technical College’s welding program. - Buyer: Pasco County Schools, Purchasing; the attachment identifies the District School Board of Pasco County, Florida. The robot arm must meet or exceed the FANUC CRX-10iA benchmark; the named model has a 10 kg maximum wrist load, 1,249 mm reach, IP67 protection, and collaborative mode. Approved equivalents may be proposed. - Requested system: Quantity 1 complete educational robotic welding system, including a collaborative robot arm, welding torch, power supply, wire feeder, cables and connections, water cooling, workstation, touchscreen or tablet, and programming software. - Workstation requirements include a welding table rated for at least 226 kg (500 lb), workholding/clamping, fume extraction, safety and fault-reset controls, and secure equipment housing. - Software must support teach-at-the-torch programming and linear, circular, stitch, and multi-pass welding. - Included services and support: Installation and setup or delivery fully assembled; at least two days of onsite training; ongoing technical support; continued online educational resources; and manufacturer warranties for major equipment. Training covers operation, programming, welding and educational applications, safety, preventative maintenance, and basic troubleshooting. - Notable requirements: Components must function as an integrated system and comply with applicable ANSI, OSHA, and robotic safety standards.
