The Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC) is rescinding two systems of records: FDIC-001, Honors Attorney Applicant Records, and FDIC-011, Corporate Applicant Recruiting, Evaluating, and Electronic Referral Records. These systems supported recruiting and evaluating applicants for FDIC employment. The records are covered by the government-wide OPM/GOVT-5 system of records notice, so the FDIC will rely on that notice and remove the rescinded systems from its inventory. The action is effective October 6, 2026.
