BIF III Holtwood LLC filed an application seeking authorization for Escape Property Owners Association to modify existing community docks at the Wallenpaupack Hydroelectric Project. The modifications would accommodate 47 additional watercraft, bringing the total capacity to 168. The proposed changes would conform to the project's approved Shoreline Management Plan and the Public Lake Use and Shoreline Use Permitting Policy for Lake Wallenpaupack. Comments, motions to intervene, and protests are due October 30, 2026, at 5:00 p.m. Eastern Time.
