Frisco Independent School District is seeking qualified roofing firms for on-call work at District facilities. - Buyer: Frisco Independent School District (Frisco ISD / FISD), serving facilities in Frisco and Collin and Denton counties, Texas. - Requested service: As-needed roofing repair, maintenance, waterproofing, leak investigation, and emergency response. No minimum quantity of work or expenditure is guaranteed. - Potential work: Repairs to flashing, roof membranes, metal edges, coping joints, pitch pans, drains, gravel stops, expansion joints, and related components; roof coatings and sealants; roof-mat restoration; scupper waterproofing; and brick and through-wall flashing repairs. - Contractor responsibilities: Provide labor, supervision, materials, equipment, tools, transportation, safety measures, permits, and incidentals. Follow manufacturer specifications, industry standards, safety requirements, building codes, and applicable laws. - Experience and authorization: Firms must demonstrate at least five years of qualifying commercial, institutional, or K–12 roofing experience, hold required licenses and insurance, and be authorized and certified to service District roofing systems. Offerors must provide authorization letters from at least three major roofing material manufacturers; no manufacturers or OEMs are named. - Named platform: IonWave is identified as the electronic proposal submission platform. - Term: Two-year initial qualification term with up to four additional one-year renewals, for a potential maximum term of six years. Work is on an as-needed basis, not an annual subscription.

Contractors must provide the labor, materials, equipment, safety measures, permits, and other items needed for assigned work and meet the stated licensing, insurance, and experience requirements.
