Description
Frisco Independent School District seeks qualified vendors to provide leased portable classroom buildings and related services on an as-needed basis. The scope includes single- and double-wide classrooms; delivery, setup, installation, relocation, maintenance, repairs, and removal; utility disconnection and reconnection; ADA-compliant access; permits and inspections; and site restoration. Optional purchase pricing at the end of the lease term may be provided if available. The initial qualification term is January 10, 2027–January 9, 2028, with up to four one-year renewals; proposals must be submitted electronically through Ion Wave by October 29, 2026, at 12:00 PM CT.
