South Carolina is seeking one custom Career Coach 3 mobile employment-outreach unit for the Department of Employment and Workforce. - Government buyer: State of South Carolina; South Carolina Department of Employment and Workforce (SCDEW). Procurement is managed through the State Fiscal Accountability Authority (SFAA), Division of Procurement Services. - Primary OEM: Freightliner is specified for the current-model M2-106 chassis, or an equivalent chassis. No other manufacturers or vendors are named. - Requested vehicle: One turnkey Career Coach 3 Mobile One Stop Unit, with no specified part number. The custom build includes ten student workstations, a staff desk, conference seating, a kitchenette, and a wheelchair lift. - Key technical requirements: The unit must include HVAC, connectivity prewiring and antenna/modem, safety equipment, and either a 12 kW generator or a qualifying hybrid driveline with rooftop solar.
