Description
The Securities and Exchange Commission is adopting amendments to Volume II of the EDGAR Filer Manual and related rules and forms. The updates address technical information for submitting XBRL documents, correct labeling in Forms 13F and 13F-CTR templates, and introduce electronic submission interfaces for ANE Exception Notices and Form 1 and related variants. EDGAR Release 26.3 was scheduled for deployment on September 14, 2026. The rule is effective October 6, 2026.
