Description

FEMA seeks comments on a revision to its currently approved information collection for Hazard Mitigation Grant Programs. The collection supports eligibility determinations, grant management, and compliance with federal laws and regulations for FEMA's financial and technical assistance programs, including FMA, BRIC, PDM, Safeguarding Tomorrow RLF, HHPD, and NDSP. The revision adds four instruments for the Safeguarding Tomorrow RLF Grant, removes the BRIC National Review Panel Solicitation instrument, and revises an existing EHP review instrument. Comments are due November 5, 2026.
