Description
The U.S. Department of Agriculture submitted an information collection requirement to the Office of Management and Budget for review and clearance under the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995. The collection concerns the Emergency Conservation Program and Biomass Crop Assistance Program, administered by the Farm Service Agency. Information collected will be used to determine eligibility for program participation and cost-share assistance and to administer payments and the Biomass Crop Assistance Program.
