Part numbers and quantities are listed below. - Other named brands and references: Eppendorf 1.5 mL tubes; ABI reagent-module and magnetic-ring-stand items; and Mettler balance equipment referenced for pipetting verification. These references do not make other brands acceptable substitutes for the Hamilton system. - Services and notable requirements: Room-of-choice delivery by a four-person crew, installation with IQ/OQ and pipetting-volume verification, method programming, operator training, a 12-month warranty, a six-month preventive-maintenance check, and an additional one-year service contract. Contract service includes annual preventive maintenance and verification, priority dispatch, a target 24-hour and guaranteed 48-hour response for a down instrument, a guaranteed four-hour callback, and parts, travel, and labor.
