The City of Covington is seeking sealed bids from approved manufacturers to purchase five pad-mount transformers: two 2,000 KVA units, two 1,500 KVA units, and one 750 KVA unit. The transformers must meet the specifications in Exhibit A of the bid packet. Bids are due October 14, 2026, at 10:00 AM ET, and must be submitted as two hard copies and one USB copy. The City may award to one or multiple bidders and reserves the right to reject bids and waive informalities or technicalities.
