Texas Southern University is seeking a contractor to convert existing spaces into Mothers Rooms across 17 campus buildings in Houston. - Buyer: Texas Southern University, Procurement Services - Purchasing. - Requested work: Full renovation services, including selective demolition, finishes, ceilings, casework and countertops, sinks and plumbing, electrical and lighting upgrades, mechanical modifications, privacy treatments, signage, testing, and closeout. The contractor is to supply the labor, supervision, materials, equipment, permits, coordination, protection, cleanup, and other items needed to complete the work. - OEMs and basis-of-design products: Mohawk Group Premium Wood LVT-1 (C0194, 7.72 x 51.97, color 210 Fawn); Roppe Pinnacle RB-1 rubber base (4 in., standard toe); Sherwin-Williams Crushed Ice wall paint (SW 7647); Armstrong Commercial Optima ceiling panels (24 x 24, white, NRC .95); Formica Natural Ash millwork; LX Hausys Hi-Alpine White solid-surface countertop; and Solyx Clear Frost privacy film (SX-1301). Material quantities are not specified. - Pricing and scope requirements: Submit a lump-sum base bid with building-level pricing breakouts for work across 17 buildings.
