Description

Grande Spirit Foundation is inviting proposals from qualified snow removal contractors to establish one or more Standing Offer Agreements for winter maintenance at multiple properties in Grande Prairie and surrounding communities. Services include snow clearing, parking lot clearing, authorized snow hauling, sanding and traction control, and ice breakup. The initial service period is October 31, 2026 to April 30, 2027, with possible weather-related extension and options for up to two additional winter seasons. Proponents may submit pricing for individual properties, service areas, or the full portfolio; detailed requirements and submission instructions are in RFP-2026-002.
