Description

Alberta Transportation and Economic Corridors is requesting proposals for four culvert replacement projects: BF72243 over Prentice Creek, BF07696 over Blueberry Creek, BF78994 on HWY 22:28 (Cattlepass), and BF70722 over a tributary to Wilson Creek. The scope includes preliminary engineering, detailed design, contract tendering and administration, construction and fabrication supervision, post-construction work, and warranty inspections. Only the three proponents shortlisted from RFEI 2026-04 may submit proposals; submissions from others will be returned without review. Proposals must be submitted as two separate PDF files, each under 10 MB, and selection will be based on best overall value rather than necessarily the lowest cost estimate. The estimated contract period is 63 months, with a proposed start date of November 9, 2026.
