Owner’s Engineer services for future transmission and related infrastructure projects

Description

LCRA is seeking an owner's engineer to provide technical support for future engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) contracts for transmission and related infrastructure projects. Work may cover transmission projects, substations, transmission lines, and flexible AC transmission system infrastructure, with assignments issued under a master services agreement. Services include technical documentation and engineering studies, design-build procurement support, project monitoring and risk management, and construction, testing, and commissioning support. The specific projects, locations, capacities, and schedules will be defined by the Owner.
