The Indian Health Service’s Gallup Service Unit is seeking an optimized medical-supply storage and replenishment solution for Gallup Indian Medical Center. - Buyer: Department of Health and Human Services (HHS), Office of Mission Acquisition Solutions, on behalf of the Indian Health Service (IHS), Gallup Service Unit, Gallup Indian Medical Center (GIMC). - Named OEM/brand: BlueBin 2-Bin Kanban System, or equal. The solution must support approximately 3,538 SKUs across clinical and warehouse locations and improve inventory visibility, supply availability, and workflow efficiency. - Products and components: Storage bins, labels, shelving/configuration components, and related physical components. Specific quantities, makes, models, and part numbers are not provided. - Services: Assess and validate existing inventory; design and implement the optimized storage solution; transition inventory; establish barcode-based two-bin replenishment workflows; support authorized inventory-information exchange with the existing Morris System (M-System); provide go-live and stabilization support; and conduct post-implementation validation and closeout. - Training and validation: Provide on-site training for 22 Government personnel, including train-the-trainer instruction for 7. The U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS), Office of Mission Acquisition Solutions, on behalf of the Indian Health Service (IHS), is seeking quotations for an optimized medical-supply storage and replenishment solution, brand name or equal to the BlueBin 2-Bin Kanban System. The requirement includes assessment, design, furnishing and installation of storage components, implementation of two-bin Kanban and barcode-based replenishment workflows, training, transition support, and post-implementation validation. 

This acquisition is set aside exclusively for Indian Small Business Economic Enterprises (ISBEEs) pursuant to the Buy Indian Act, 25 U.S.C. § 47, and HHSAR Subpart 326.6. Quoters must qualify as an Indian Economic Enterprise (IEE) and as a small business concern under NAICS 541614 and must submit the completed IHS Indian Economic Enterprise Representation Form with their quotation.
