Description

The Georgia Department of Transportation (GDOT) is seeking a prequalified firm to demolish and remove improvements, structures, or other encumbrances in right-of-way or easement areas. Bidders must hold current GDOT prequalification status and a current certificate for Right of Way Property Management Services; firms not on GDOT’s prequalification listing will not be considered. GDOT will select the lowest responsive and responsible bidder based on the bid prices received. Responses are due October 12, 2026, at 2:00 PM ET.
