The restroom is specified as a CXT Cascadian model or approved equal. - Named OEMs and suppliers: American Millennium Corporation (AMCi) is specified for the early-warning system unless otherwise approved; CXT is named for the restroom model; Sika is named for Swellstop waterstop or approved equal. - Notable technical requirements: The outlet pipe is PE 4710 HDPE with butt-fusion-welded joints and pressure testing; the heavy-duty slide gate must be rated for at least 65 feet of seating head. The early-warning system must be coordinated with the Forest Service monitoring system. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial construction prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Part 12. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested, and a separate written solicitation will not be issued.
