Description

The work involves removing approximately 33,135 square feet of the eastern portion of Taxiway J at Niagara Falls International Airport, between the Runway 6 end and the general aviation apron pavement. Scope includes full-depth pavement and subbase removal, embankment and turf establishment, removal and relocation of taxiway edge lights, installation of airfield electrical cable and counterpoise wire, and modification of airfield guidance sign panels. The contract term is 60 calendar days after receipt of the Notice to Proceed, anticipated on or about February 1, 2027. Bids are due November 17, 2026, at 10:00 AM; the DBE participation goal is 0%.
