Description

The New York State Office of Addiction Services and Supports (OASAS) seeks a vendor to assess its data landscape and recommend an enterprise data architecture aligned with its planned Salesforce platform. Work includes reviewing data sources, relationships, quality, ownership, integration, and links to New York State Medicaid and other health and human services data, then developing conceptual and logical data models and a future-state architecture and roadmap. The engagement is expected to take six to twelve months and includes discovery and assessment, modeling and design, and recommendations and roadmap phases. Optional business process modeling may be priced separately; production implementation, application development, and replacement of core systems are outside the base scope. The procurement is limited to New York State-certified MWBE or SDVOB businesses, and the total proposed price, including the optional component, must not exceed $1,500,000.
