Description

Vernon Construction & Development LLC is seeking proposals from qualified MWBE and SDVOB subcontractors and suppliers for the Baruch College IT Building Renovation (PLA/Union). The work includes interior renovation of approximately 39,000 square feet of the Newman Library on the 2nd and 4th floors, along with ceiling and lighting work at the 3rd-floor atrium. Scope includes demolition and asbestos/lead abatement, partitions and finishes, restroom renovation, HVAC, electrical, fire protection, telecommunications, and audiovisual work. The successful low bidder must execute the Project Labor Agreement, and subcontractors of every tier must agree to be bound by it. Subcontractor bids are due October 26, 2026, at 5:00 PM.
