Atlantic Terminal leak remediation, waterproofing, and station rehabilitation

Description

The work includes leak remediation, waterproofing, structural rehabilitation, and facility state-of-good-repair improvements at LIRRR Atlantic Terminal and the NYCT Atlantic Avenue-Barclays Center station complex. The contract term is 1,060 calendar days, with maximum substantial completion. A pre-bid conference is scheduled for October 14, 2026, and a site tour for October 15, 2026. Participation goals are 6% SDVOB, 15% MBE, and 15% WBE; an Enhanced Utilization Credit Initiative may provide an additional 50% credit toward utilization of eligible MWBE firms.
