Bikes must support continuous use without subscriptions or other usage restrictions and meet applicable CSA and Canadian Electrical Code requirements. - Included delivery and setup: Contractor delivers and unloads the bikes and accessories, unpacks them, assembles and tests them, places them in designated locations, and removes packaging and pallets. Suitable staff and equipment are required to move bikes upstairs because there is no elevator. - Warranty: At least three years for parts, console, and labour, plus at least five years for the frame. On-site warranty repairs must be initiated by an authorized technician within 24 hours of notice. - Selection basis: Offers must meet mandatory technical requirements; the lowest evaluated price among compliant offers is selected.

Canada is seeking offers to supply twenty-one commercially available indoor stationary bikes that meet the specifications in Annex A: Statement of Requirements. The bikes are for Personnel Support Programs (PSP), at Garrison Petawawa. Delivery is required on or before March 31, 2027, and the contract period runs from the date of contract to March 31, 2027.
