Description
The South Dakota Department of Public Safety, Office of Emergency Management seeks a qualified vendor to provide professional services to update the Enhanced State Multi-Hazard Mitigation Plan. The updated plan must follow FEMA’s current review tool and guidance, address revisions identified in the previous approved FEMA plan crosswalk, and satisfy Enhanced State Multi-Hazard Mitigation Plan requirements, including High Hazard Dam Program requirements. The contractor must provide monthly progress reports, submit the completed plan by December 15, 2028, and make edits and resubmissions needed to obtain FEMA approval by April 16, 2029. Award is conditioned upon receipt of federal funds.
