Description

The Georgia Department of Transportation (GDOT) seeks a pre-qualified firm to provide demolition and removal of improvements, structures, or other encumbrances in right-of-way or easement areas. Bidders must hold current GDOT prequalification status for Right of Way Property Management Services; bids from firms not on GDOT’s prequalification listing will not be considered. GDOT will select the lowest responsive and responsible bidder based on bid prices received. A restriction on communications about the solicitation applies until a successful respondent is selected and announced, except for questions submitted as instructed in the ITB or communications allowed under existing work agreements.
