Description

U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) is seeking approval from the Office of Management and Budget for an information collection under the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995. The collection concerns its worksheet and process for court-ordered refunds of tariffs imposed under the International Emergency Economic Powers Act.
