Description

U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) will submit a revised information collection request to the Office of Management and Budget for review and clearance under the Paperwork Reduction Act. The collection concerns public and law enforcement partner reports of allegations of crimes enforced by the Department of Homeland Security. ICE estimates 194,381 responses annually, averaging 11 minutes per response, for an estimated annual public burden of 35,637 hours. The notice allows an additional 30 days for public comments, accepted until November 4, 2026.
