HHS public Alzheimer’s disease summit and Advisory Council meeting

This notice announces a public meeting of the Advisory Council on Alzheimer's Research, Care, and Services and the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services Alzheimer's Disease and Related Dementias Summit. The Summit will include updates on the coordinated national response, with presentations on care, services, supports, research, innovation, and prevention. The Advisory Council meeting will include a clinical care panel, budget updates from the National Institutes of Health, and a presentation on focused ultrasound technology for Alzheimer's disease interventions. Both events will be held on October 19, 2026, in person at the Hubert H. Humphrey Building in Washington, DC, and streamed live; the Council meeting will also be hybrid.
