Description

The Coast Guard establishes a temporary special local regulation on the Allegheny River between mile markers 20.5 and 21 in Creighton, Pennsylvania. The regulation is intended to protect participants, other waterway users, and vessels from hazards during a paddle boat race on October 10, 2026. From 8:00 a.m. until 4:00 p.m., nonparticipants may not enter, transit, anchor, or remain in the regulated area unless authorized by the Captain of the Port Pittsburgh or a designated representative. The notice is a temporary final rule.
