Commerce issues preliminary antidumping review results for rebar from Türkiye

Description

The U.S. Department of Commerce preliminarily determines that producers and exporters covered by the review sold steel concrete reinforcing bar from Türkiye at less than normal value during the period July 1, 2024, through June 30, 2025. Commerce preliminarily calculated a 13.11 percent weighted-average dumping margin for Colakoglu Metalurji A.S. and Colakoglu Dis Ticaret A.S., and assigns the same rate to Ekinciler Demir ve Celik Sanayi A.S. Commerce is rescinding the administrative review for three companies because there were no reviewable suspended entries during the review period. Interested parties are invited to comment on the preliminary results.
