Description
The Bureau of Safety and Environmental Enforcement proposes to renew an information collection concerning Oil and Gas Production Requirements under 30 CFR part 250, subpart K. The collection covers related Notices to Lessees and Operators and uses Forms BSEE-0126 (Well Potential Test Report) and BSEE-0128 (Semiannual Well Test Report). The information supports conservation of natural resources, prevention of waste, protection of correlative rights, and reviews of production rates, gas flaring or venting, and downhole commingling. Comments are invited on the information collection and its estimated respondent burden through December 4, 2026.
