Description

Grande Spirit Foundation is seeking proposals from qualified snow removal contractors to establish one or more Standing Offer Agreements for winter maintenance at multiple properties in Grande Prairie and surrounding communities. Services include snow clearing, parking lot clearing after vehicle relocation, authorized snow hauling, sanding, ice breakup, and related work; priority properties require driving-lane clearing by 8:00 a.m. The initial service period is October 31, 2026, to April 30, 2027, with weather-related extension provisions and options for up to two additional winter seasons.
