Description
DVRPC seeks proposals for professional planning and engineering services to prepare a feasibility study for a safe, accessible multimodal connection between the Naylor’s Run Trail in Upper Darby Township and the Pennsy Trail in Haverford Township. The approximately one-mile study area includes major roads and intersections, and the study will assess trail alignments, crossings, safety, accessibility, and connections to community destinations and transit. The work includes existing-conditions analysis, community and stakeholder engagement, alternatives evaluation, conceptual recommendations, planning-level cost estimates, and an implementation strategy. The lead consultant must be prequalified under TCDI Category 5, and all project work must be completed by June 30, 2028.
