Description

The Department of Transportation invites comments on the previously approved information collection for Public Charters under 14 CFR part 380. The collection requires charter operators to submit a prospectus, including Forms 4532, 4533, 4534, and 4535 and supporting financial documents, for each charter program. The prospectus documents agreements with direct air carriers and approved financial institutions and must be accepted before operators advertise, sell, or operate a charter. Written comments are due December 4, 2026.
