Description

The U.S. Department of Commerce preliminarily determined that CORRECT did not make a bona fide sale of mattresses from Poland during the July 1, 2024, through June 30, 2025 period of review. Commerce also preliminarily found that EBI and COM 40 had no reviewable suspended entries during that period. Based on these findings, Commerce preliminarily intends to rescind the administrative review in full. Interested parties may submit case briefs no later than 21 days after publication.
