Description
The Office of Surface Mining Reclamation and Enforcement is proposing to renew an information collection titled “Technical Evaluation Surveys.” The surveys evaluate whether technical assistance activities, technology transfer activities, and technical forums are useful to participants and recipients, and help assess the agency’s performance against goals in its annual plans. The respondents are State and Tribal governments, and participation is voluntary. The notice invites comments by November 4, 2026.
