The Federal Maritime Commission (FMC) is also covered in the Federal Register material summarized in the attachment; the Federal Reserve System is mentioned as another source of notices. - AHRQ information collections: - Generic Clearance for the Collection of Qualitative Feedback on Agency Service Delivery (OMB Control Number 0935-0179): gathers qualitative customer and stakeholder feedback to improve agency service delivery and program management. - Consumer Assessment of Healthcare Providers and Systems (CAHPS) Database for Health Plans (OMB No. 0935-0165): uses standardized survey data voluntarily submitted by health plans to support public reporting, accreditation, and quality improvement. - FMC information collection: Assistance Center/Web Portal (OMB Control Number 3072-0075), including dispute-resolution request forms FMC-32 (Cruise) and FMC-33 (Cargo), for public comments, complaints, reports, investigation requests, and alternative dispute resolution requests. - No OEMs, commercial vendors, products, product quantities, or contracted services are identified. The listed services describe government information-collection activities, not services being purchased. - The AHRQ qualitative-feedback collection is intended to provide qualitative insights, not statistically generalizable survey results.
