Description
The Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) is requesting public comment on a proposed revision to the currently approved Medicare Health Outcomes Survey information collection. The survey measures Medicare Advantage beneficiaries’ self-reported quality of life and daily functioning, and its data help CMS assess the health of the Medicare Advantage population. The notice invites comments on the collection’s necessity and utility, burden estimates, ways to improve the quality and clarity of collected information, and technology to reduce burden. Comments are due December 4, 2026.
