Description
The U.S. Department of Commerce preliminarily determines that the producer/exporter subject to the review made sales of oil country tubular goods from Ukraine at less than normal value during the period July 1, 2024, through June 30, 2025. The review covers Interpipe, identified as the mandatory respondent, and continues following the petitioner’s request after Interpipe withdrew its request for review. Commerce preliminarily calculated a weighted-average dumping margin of 18.43 percent. Interested parties may submit comments and request a hearing in accordance with the notice.
