Description

This RFB invites bids for the Broadcast Place 4th Floor Building Automation System (BAS) Upgrade. The work includes upgrading the existing fourth-floor HVAC system and converting it to a Variable Air Volume (VAV) system, including installation of VAV terminal units and upgrades to associated motors, drives, and controls. The work also includes integration with the existing Building Management System (BMS), plus related testing, balancing, and commissioning. Suppliers must register and participate through the Government Enterprise Management (GEM) system.
