Description

Mid-America Regional Council Emergency Rescue (MARCER) is seeking bids from qualified firms to provide large-volume member warehousing and pre-hospital supplies under a yearly contract for MARCER Active Members, Associate Members, and Program Participants. The successful bidder must also provide large-volume EMS agency warehousing, with specified equipment held at no charge until placed on an ambulance and invoiced when scanned into the system. The initial contract term is two years, with options to renew for three additional one-year periods; pricing must be firm for the first contract year. The successful bidder must add and remit a 3% administrative fee on total sales excluding shipping costs.
