NAVSUP Weapon Systems Support (NAVSUP WSS) Philadelphia is seeking two mission computers for a foreign military sales repair requirement. - Buyer: NAVSUP Weapon Systems Support, Philadelphia. - Requested item: 2 mission computers, NSN 7R 7021 017054064, part number 344A090-552, RMC 4C. - OEM/current source: Lockheed Martin Corp. - The requirement is planned as a sole-source procurement because the Government reports it lacks sufficient, accurate, or legible technical data to compete the item with another source. - New sources must obtain Government source approval and submit the information required by the NAVSUP WSS Source Approval Brochure with their proposal.

Description

NAVSUP Weapon Systems Support (NAVSUP WSS) Philadelphia intends to solicit on a sole source basis with LOCKHEED MARTIN CORP (03640) of the following:

Qty: 2  

NAVUP WSS Philadelphia intends to award this requirement on a sole source basis under an already established BOA N00383-26-G-AB01.  

The Government physically does not have in its possession sufficient, accurate, or legible data to contract with other than the current source. One or more of the items under this acquisition is subject to Free Trade Agreements. (FAR 52.225-3).  

One or more of the items under this acquisition are subject to the World Trade Organization Government Procurement Agreement and Free Trade Agreements. (FAR 52.225-5).  

These items require Government Source Approval prior to the award. The time required for approval of a new source is normally such that an award cannot be delayed pending approval of a new source. If you are not an approved source, you must submit, together with your proposal, the information detailed in the NAVSUP WSS Source Approval Brochure, which can be obtained on the internet at https://www.navsup.navy.mil/Business-Opportunities/Home/.  

Offers received which fail to provide all data required by the source approval brochure will not be considered for award under this solicitation.
