Consultants must provide appropriate access equipment and traffic control; unmanned aerial vehicles may be used as appropriate. - Required team qualifications include a registered Professional Engineer serving as Team Leader and a certified welding inspector with ASNT Level II Ultrasonic Qualifications for required nondestructive testing. - No product manufacturers, OEMs, or contractor vendors are named in the opportunity.

Description

The Delaware Department of Transportation is seeking proposals for inspection of approximately 678 sign structures, 236 high mast lighting/camera structures, and 3,092 traffic signal supports. Inspections include hands-on and visual inspections, nondestructive testing, minor maintenance, and inspection reporting with digital photographs and electronic data entered into DelDOT’s database. The consultant must provide access equipment and maintenance of traffic. The agreement is an IDIQ, with a three-year term and two possible one-year extensions; one agreement may be awarded.
