Construction and Testing of Pagni 2 and Zolezzi 3 Production Wells

Truckee Meadows Water Authority is seeking a contractor to build and test two production wells in the Reno, Nevada area. - Government buyer: Truckee Meadows Water Authority (TMWA), a local water authority serving the Reno area in Washoe County, Nevada; no sub-agency or specific office is identified. - Requested services: Drill, construct, develop, and test two production wells: Pagni 2 Well and Zolezzi 3 Well. The contractor must provide the labor, materials, equipment, and incidentals needed for the work. - Technical requirements: Use dual-tube air-flooded reverse drilling with concentric dual-wall drill pipe. Each well must have a 10- to 14-inch inside diameter and be 250 to 530 feet deep, with stainless-steel casing and screen and glass beads. - Site requirements: Locate each new well within 100 feet of an existing production well. Description

Truckee Meadows Water Authority is accepting sealed bids for labor, materials, equipment, and incidentals to drill, construct, develop, and test two production wells. Work uses the dual-tube air-flooded reverse drilling method with concentric dual-wall drill pipe, stainless-steel casing and screen, and glass beads; the wells will be 10- to 14-inch inside diameter and 250 to 530 feet deep. The wells will be drilled within 100 feet of existing production wells, which must be preserved for future use. Bids are due electronically through NGEM on October 6, 2026, at 2:00 PM PT; partial bids will not be accepted.
