Description

The City of Las Vegas is requesting proposals from qualified general contractors for Job Order Contracting Services per NRS 338.156. The City may award a Job Order Contract to one or more applicants based on the factors and weights specified in the Scope of Work. Proposals are due November 2, 2026, at 1:30 PM Pacific Time, and must include all required responses and attachments, be digitally signed, and be submitted through the solicitation system. A pre-proposal conference will be held via WebEx on October 8, 2026.
